Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation.

Complimentary Gift Set

​

1. This gift set is only entitled by customers who purchased the Early Bird subscription plan of Fav: On Air channel in 2022.
2. Gift Sets will be delivered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. No late orders will be accepted.
3. Each eligible order can only be redeemed for one gift set.
4. The gift set cannot be redeemed for cash or any other means of currency.
5. Gift Set contents will be chosen at random, with the combined value of up to $1,000 HKD. Items included in visual designs are for reference only.
6. If customers need to redeem the gift set at MindBeauty stores, they must present the above documents.
7. Gift sets that has been exchanged will not receive refund or content exchange. 
8. In the case of any dispute, Fav: On Air, powered by MindBeauty Co. Ltd., reserves the right of the final decision.
